Weather On - Push Notification App Reviews

Between hundreds of weather apps this one stood out as a well designed and coded app. nice graphics, lots if useful information. Good work :)

Please pull from App Store or update to work on modern devices.

I was using the free version and it was eh, but it has a nice interface. After being bugged by popups to spend $1.99 and get the full experience, I broke down and did, I should have looked to see when the last update was, But I didnt, my bad The weather updates arent current, it shows temps cooler than other apps I have, And the best is, showed over cast during that last rain. So, one thing I have learned from this is, I was a fool for paying $1.99 for what?

DEFINITELY the BEST Weather app out! Ive reviewed a lot of weather apps but this one is the best one out! Super customizable and easy interface. Customize the way you want the display screen to look. Show day hour or broadcast. Very detailed info. Shows temperature wind UV humidity and more. Lets you know everything in a glance. Even has badge for active viewing. A must app too have!

Use to be a great weather app until my badge notification stopped working a couple months ago. I dont know why, Ive checked all the relevant settings. Deleting it now since I find weather apps fairly useless if I have to open it every time I just want to know the temp. If they fix it I might re-download, unless I find a better one.

This app used to be one of the best. Currently its raining hard. Thunderstorms. And the app says SUNNY and no chance of rain?????!!!! Cmon guys. Is this really that hard? Weather channel radar shows the storm coming for hours. I just verified that.

I really liked the app until a tornado warning came through my area and I realized this app doesnt send out any notifications. I guess Ill just write off the price off the app and download Weather Channels.

Simple with just the temp. To get other info you have to upgrade. Free version only gives you one city. Just look for other apps, this one will disappoint the user.

Would be great if quote could optionally stay on simple screen. Excellent presentation of a lot of info in an elegantly simple interface. I am very happy with my purchase. It is well worth the small cost. Update: 8/7/16 It would be even better if the app indicated: • The direction of barometric pressure (whether it was going up or down via direction arrows) • Moon phase

I like this Display. Can show a quick temp or a complete screen with all data. You can even see a fan turning with the wind screen. Can store four locations. This is complete, neat, and clean. I have a dozen weather apps and this is the only one I use!

Along with having the barometric pressure number I really wish they would show the trend, too (rising, falling, steady). I suffer from weather related headaches & really need to know how things will change in the next 24hrs. Very disappointing because I really love the layout & graphics.

I love the internal layout of the app. The weather data that is supposed to show up on lock screen is not working. Also would be nice to set default view of choice upon opening app instead of simple view always on when opening. Please help. The weather on lock screen is why I downloaded this.

App works functions great for the most part. Recently the icon went blank for some reason, not sure why. Minor cosmetic bug, but sometimes makes it slightly difficult to identify. But overall, great app!

After 5 minutes i could tell this is the weather app i have been wanting. I have tried over 20 different apps for weather. This one puts out just the information i need in a simple easy to read display. Great job!!!! Thank you!

Great app. My go-to weather app. In future updates- Please add moon phase and sunrise/sunset times to the full info card. Please add a row showing hourly wind speed and direction in the hour card.

Been using and enjoying it for a few days. But since this morning (10/11/16) its been unable to contact the server all day. Bummed. BIG UPDATE: I sent a message this morning (10/11/16) and not after trying to log in all day the problem is fixed. 100% that this is a great program. Highly innovative and recommended.

I am expanding this review, after several years of using Weather On every day, using a 5s with iOS 10.x.x. (I am a very picky weather geek, with absolutely no relationship or connection with the developers.) This has become the only weather app I use daily, although I try new ones every month. Weather On is Really Very Good: Dead-on accurate most of the time, with as much or little information as you wish, very stable, and easy to use (and its pretty, which is a nice bonus). I look forward to the thought-provoking quotes that pop up, changing every time the app opens (Quotes can be turned off, if you wish: for me, they are an added bonus). I live in Northern California, with many small "microclimates" (the temp and wind change drastically and uncomfortably every few miles). I need temp, wind, rainfall probability and hourly prediction at home, and at the dog park 10 miles away near the coast, where I walk our dogs every day. I have experimented with 15+ different weather apps over 5 years, and back then, only Accuweather was pretty accurate in my locale. When AccuWeather became too "busy" to refer to quickly, I tried Weather On. Weather On is Stable, Usable, Useful, Adaptable, and the most Accurate of all Ive used (at least in the San Francisco and East Bay microclimates). Weather On has a clear UI: easy to read and switch from Now to Hourly to Week forecast in several easily available layouts with more/ different information. Pick the amount & type of info you want to see, and this app will open to that every time. (Also easy to change the opening screen, if you change your mind.) In my experience, Weather On is very accurate in this difficult microclimate area, easy to use and very attractive. Very Good Job!
