Weather On - Push Notification App Reviews

I like this weather app. I have one issue: how to set the app as my lock screen or home page wallpaper. The statement in the description doesnt work. Is it iOS8 or something I am doing wrong?

I like the relatively small size and the amount of available info in each of the view tabs. The "metro" tile type UI isnt half bad either. Two things, though: 1. Limited number of presets is fine but Id like one forecast location to always be wherever I am currently. Give the app access to my location! 2. More control over wallpaper. Personally, I like wallpaper to change according to the current weather conditions but others may want to choose a single wallpaper.

I like the push messaging and the temperature on the icon. Would like the ability to upload and use my own photos for my wallpaper!!!!!

This is one of the best weather apps Ive tried in awhile. I really enjoy how clean and beautiful the layout is.

ok so i LOVE this app! It has anything you would need for weather. All of the other apps are just crappy, but this app is wonderful.

There are a few minor requests I have, but they seem to have been addressed in most of the other reviews, so I wont go over them, but even without them, I think you are well on your way to becoming one of the best weather apps in the store! One thing I WILL mention is my request for landscape and an iPad version. I REALLY appreciate you managing to do so well and so much without bloating your app to the 60 - 100MB size range. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

This is a very good weather app. Ive tried quite a few of the most popular ones. This is simple, elegant and intuitive. My only complaint with this app is the lack of a radar. It would be the perfect weather app if there were a radar widget.

I like this app a lot. I had the weather channel app & I didnt like it much.

I especially like the push notification for the temperature. On top of increasing the number of cities I can see, Id love if you also included moon phases.

The app looks good but different screens provide conflicting data. Cant trust what Im seeing. A current example is that the screen icon says the temp here in Colorado where I am is 34 degrees and when you open the app it says the temp is 18 degrees. Also the weekly view shows the high and low for the days of the week. Many times the number is not corrected for the current day when the temp is already known. I might try it again later but it needs work.

UPDATE 2016: Still love the app and, if you read below - to understand the context, this app has been much more accurate in forecasting that the "Classic Weather" application. What does that mean? This app is #1 by my assessment. Classic Weather has been deleted because it is redundant and often wrong. ------- I gave points for streamlined, clear interfaces and discounted points for cluttered and "bloated" interfaces. The 2 finalists were *this* app and the "Classic Weather" app. The Classic Weather app has the quickest, clearest, and most streamlined interface. This "Weather On" app will better suit your needs if you need information on more weather variables. It however, starts to approach a cluttered feel (with the extra info). Nevertheless, Weather On is a beautiful application.

I can only have where I live, but what if I go camping, great app needs more locations and future predictions I cant plan a BBQ with two days of weather.

Like this one. Good presentation, good accumulation of pertinent data, and a very pleasant interface. Dont know why multiple wallpapers are thought to be such a selling point, as I couldnt care less, but the data that IS important is presented well and in a very useful format.

This is the best weather app that I have found. The only things missing that I would like to see is an alert notification for severe weather conditions and the ability to change the home location should a person move. Other than those two minor issues it is a great app.
